I provide psychotherapy services for adults and adolescents struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, loss, and transitional experiences, among many other therapeutic needs. I practice within a mindfulness based perspective in which I place an emphasis on the here and now.

First SessionDuring our first session, I will be prepared to listen to you fully, without any judgment, and you are encouraged to speak open and honestly about what is troubling you. Remember, this is your time and your space, so let's talk about what you really need to talk about. During your first session, we will also discuss payment and agree upon a fee that works for you. Therapy with me will never be about creating a financial burden for you, or a "one size fits all" cost, but instead finding an amount that fits your lifestyle and your commitment to your therpeutic progress, with all of the ebbs and flows of life. Your information and our work together will remain private and confidential, always.

Moving ForwardAfter our first session, we will choose a consistent time that works each week. Some individuals invest a short time in therapy depending on their needs, while others devote themselves to longer investments in therapy to more thoroughly and wholly progress in their personal journey. A long-term therapeutic approach fosters a deep and profoundly insightful relationship that will yield understanding, growth, and rejuvenation.
