Sometimes we need to allow ourselves to seek guidance and focus our attention and love on our own selves, and therapy is a wonderful way to do so.

Initial consultations are always free as an opportunity for us to meet, ask questions, and get a feel for if this is what you are looking for right now, without obligation. Currently, I am only conducting therapy via Telehealth, but I will be transitioning into both in person therapy and virtual therapy in Winter 2024! |
